Perez’s Jerky is a New Mexico–born, family-owned jerky business rooted in tradition, community, and bold Southwestern flavor. What began as homemade jerky shared with friends and family quickly became a local favorite—because around here, good food speaks for itself.
Inspired by New Mexico’s rich culture and love for chile, every batch is made in small quantities using quality beef and ingredients sourced right here in New Mexico, made with 100% Corazón. From classic Salt & Pepper to local favorites like Green Chile Parmesan and bold blends like Witches Brew and Tequila Lime, our flavors reflect the spirit of the Land of Enchantment.
